What do these terms cover?
These terms apply to all purchases of CGG reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment equipment.
Warranty Period
We provide 1-year warranty for the whole RO machine (excluding consumable spare parts). Warranty covers manufacturing defects of equipment body, pumps, control cabinets and non-consumable components.
Consumables Service Life (Recommended Replacement Cycle)
– RO membrane: Recommended replacement every 3–5 years (depends on raw water quality & daily operation) – Filter media: Recommended replacement every 2–3 years(depends on raw water quality & daily operation) Consumables are not covered under the 1-year warranty, as performance is affected by local water quality, operation and maintenance.
Installation & Operation Support
We offer online voice or video guidance for equipment installation, commissioning and operation training free of charge.

Product prices, specifications and availability may change. The final confirmed price at order confirmation applies.
Order Acceptance
Orders are officially accepted after payment confirmation. We may contact you to confirm delivery, installation requirements or special order details.
Customer Responsibility
Customers shall verify equipment suitability, on-site installation conditions and local water industry regulations before purchase and operation. Customer is responsible for routine daily maintenance of the system.
Returns & Cancellation
Returns, cancellations shall follow agreed contract terms and local applicable laws. Warranty does NOT cover damage caused by improper installation, wrong operation, raw water exceeding design standard, natural wear, man-made damage.
Delivery Service
What pricing term applies?
All prices quoted are EXW (Ex Works) price, excluding any shipping cost.
If customer has own freight forwarder
We can deliver goods to your appointed warehouse within China.
If customer does NOT have freight forwarder
We can assist you with full export services.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery time will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. We will notify you once goods are ready for pickup.

Customer Responsibility
Customer shall bear all international freight, insurance, customs clearance fees and all related charges after goods leave our factory. Customer is responsible for confirming freight arrangement and booking space with forwarder.
